PAHI is designed to support pet safety and wellness monitoring. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, and location, health, or activity data provided by the device or app should not be relied upon as the sole basis for medical decisions about your pet.
3. Connectivity & Performance
GPS accuracy, geofence alert timing, camera streaming quality, and Dotty AI's predictive insights depend on factors including satellite visibility, cellular or Wi-Fi network coverage, device battery level, and environmental conditions. Performance may vary and is not guaranteed in all environments.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to use the PAHI app and website only for lawful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The PAHI name, Dotty AI name, Pet's Eye name, associated logos, and all related hardware and software designs are the property of Animalystix Technology Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animalystix Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the PAHI collar, app, or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, with the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal holding exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
